McGann's Irish Pub and Restaurant was established 1996 coming from the start of the original Mcgann's in Ireland. It was such a success that Mcgann himself thought by bringing some of that Irish food, entertainment, and style to the Boston area would be welcomed into a full fledged Irish community. Since the opening of McGann's Pub Boston there have been sightings of senator ( John Kerry ) baseball players ( Nomar Garcipara ) the famous Bostonian actors ( Matt Damon and Ben Affleck ) and many more to come and enjoy the food, entertainment, sports that are such a great part of Boston.
McGann's is here to stay to do just that. Visit with some friends before games such as the Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins and all the entertainment that the TD Bank North Garden has to offer.
